Transfer Press (A-type)

In this system, the many press operations of a blank processing production line have been integrated into a single press system. The basic makeup of this system includes an automatic blank feeder, 3-dimensional transfer system, press and QDC (quick die change) system.
* This system is manufactured according to the customer's specified parameters, including process count, transport pitch, production capacity, die-cushion and QDC type.

QDC	Location-pin positioning method. Hydraulic clamp type.

Press	110 ton, 2P wide-bolster press. Non-step, variable speed motor. Light beam type safety mechanism.
Blank feeding system (servo-feeder)	Non-scratching transport via grip-fingers. 16-pattern programming capable. Scrap ejection system included.
Electrical system	Touch-panel type control board. (transfer)

Transfer Press (B-type)

This press has 600mm of transfer stroke, and is for large sizes products.

Production Speed	40 - 50 c.p.m (Standard)
Transfer Method	3-dimensional transfer method (servo-driven). [lift-up method]
Process count	Customized (2 - 8 processes) Depend on the stroke length * 600mm-->3 processes
QDC	Location-pin positioning method. Hydraulic clamp type.
Die-cushion	Hydraulic die-cushion. (1 - 4 processes) (optional installation)
Press	150 ton, 2P wide-bolster press. Non-step, variable speed motor. Light beam type safety mechanism.
